Refund & Exchange Policy 

Thank you for shopping with Seven Heaven Perfume. We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when requesting a refund or exchange. 

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:

Refunds or exchanges are allowed within 14 days from the date you receive the product. 

  • The product must be in unused condition, with at least 90% of the perfumeremainingin the bottle. 
  • Product should be in its original packaging, including box, labels, andprovided.
  • Items openedand used more than 10%or with damaged packaging may not be accepted or may Incur deductions. 

Conditions & Exceptions:

We do not accept returns/exchanges for change of mind if the product has been used beyond what is allowed in the policy. 

  • If the product delivered is wrong, damaged, or defective, we will bear return shipping costs.
  • Itemspurchasedduring a sale, or via special discount events, may be exchange only (no refund) depending on the terms of the sale 

Refund Method:

Refunds (if applicable) will be made via the same payment method you used for purchase. 

  • Processing time after receiving the returned item and inspection is typically 5–7 business days.
  • Delivery or shipping charges aregenerally non-refundable, except when the return is due to our  error 

How to Request a Refund or Exchange:

  • Photos of the product (especially any damage if applicable)
  • Reason for refund/exchange reques
  • If approved, we will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code (if you use one) and instructions where to send back the product.
  • Send the productsecurely;ensuring all original packaging is included. You may use a traceable courier service.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we willnotify youof approval/rejection. If approved, we will dispatch the exchange or process the refund. 

Processing Exchanges:

  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved. 
  • We will dispatch the replacement item subject to stock availability.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, you may be givenoptionof refund or choosing another item of similar value.
